Doesn't matter if you're 5'4" and anorexic, it's just not possible. You are a man, they can hit you in the head until they get tired (which is usually about 10 seconds if the female is fat), but they still can't knock you out. At most what you will get is a slight redness on the skin, which will go away in a few hours.
