Day 2:
Woke up, felt ok.
Had a nutritious breakfast with a toaster pastry. Saturday, I have no work.
I chill in my room and talk to my friend who I have not seen in awhile. We have fun and say our goodbyes.
After this I take a nap... then I go out for a bike ride. Feel good.
No panic attack today, woohoo.
I go to the store and buy lean meat. Go home, have dinner. Spaghetti.
I go back to my room, play terraria and beat the game. After this I watch YouTube, check incels.is and go to bed.
