Why are so many school/mass shooters failures who only kill 17 or so people and injure less than that? You wouldn't expect that shooting an assault rifle at 21 people in a classroom without giving red flags to them so they can prepare for your shooting is so difficult

Easier in theory than practice. Many things go wrong and most incels aren't trained special forces
