No fucking way it is 82. Most curries are legitimately retarded, they see a white person and stop dead in their tracks with whatever they were doing and just stare at them non-stop like a bug to a zapper.

They have such low awareness that even when said person looks them back straight in the eyes they just keep staring.

I'm from Mexico and even the lowest of the lowest here (I'm talking about those that didn't even finish elementary) have a lot more self-awareness and can work jobs that require concentration, memory, thinking, and the like.
