It's a dying society with no future perspective, even worse than the West - opportunities/liberties are a bad joke, because only the rich, the smart and the beautiful can use them, the rest can't find a niche anymore and has no chance.
While social cohesion erodes more and more some aspects like the obligations of the prior system (e.g. pressure to perform) still remain while the benefits that were associated with fulfilling them (e.g. being cared for, continuing the family line by getting a wife/children) were removed due to the egomania in liberal systems (e.g. "Everyone for himself"-mentality due to individualistic thinking), so you have only disadvantages. What they created was a toxic mixture between liberal degeneracy and remaining traditional power structures, a system that has the worst traits of all associated systems.
Even without the demographic replacement of the autochthonous people Japan is destroyed, that's why it's ridiculous when right-wing boomers just tell everyone that when the demographic problem is solved everything will be ok, no, even without the immigration problems the West will suffer the same fate, freedom without responsibilities isn't a good thing.
