Gaming Crusader kings 2 is a good cope.

I downloaded it for free 2 weeks ago and I've been playing it nonstop, I always wanted to play grand strategy games but I was a console pleb.
Right now my current ruler is doing amazing, I have gained 6 provinces with him, and he's married to the queen of Leon who just died.
And my leader is 61 years old so when he dies the next heir will have control of my land and leon.
Now I can play tons of grand strategy games.

I haven't had a problem so far without any of the dlcs.
But I am planning on pirating them in the future, as they add some nice expansions like an earlier starting point, ability to play as viking raiders and Phoenicians, and other nice stuff.
