I've been looking at various laws across continents and countries 
to see how bad creepshots are and if they could land YOU in jail , in most cases you're fucked. In the states you don't need permission to take pics or whatever however if on private land you do. also taking pics of someone and writing defamatory comments could make you liable to be sued which would ruin your career and life if it got out, this is the case in Europe and NA. Also upskirting is also illegal in some places so let's look at this angle (pun intended) if a puddle was underneath a foid and you took a pic and panties showe- BAM YOU'RE IN JAIL why you ask well inky you took a pic of somebody's genitalia without their consent and see this is where things get bad. Let's say you placed your camera slightly lower and took a pic of a foid in leggings well you got a angle that would not have been achievable had you taken it at head height so that's grounds for a charge to be placed on you . The point is you can't insult and snap and show. What I mean by this is if you want to send a pic of a foid here fine never call them a foid send the pic and just say what happened in a way you don't slander them. Also private land can be in places you don't realise for example a monument if your pic features someone in a cafe or in a field/footpath legislation nevER ends and so do ways you can get arrested by this do what you will also I as I was typing this thread I got a verification email from this forum they're watching always .
