it's because foids hate it and can't do anything about it. if the creepshot is NOT taken on private property its legal. there is right to privacy in a public space. that's why security camaras, CCTV, police cameras, and more are legal. if the foid could sue you, then you could sue anyone with a security camara viewing you. it seems to be a legal loop hole they cant do anything about. you can take that pic home and coom to it and she knows it. its a voyeuristic kind of thing.
