It can happen in young parents too. It's the result of incompatible genes - sometimes it's even just chance. Though, down syndrome seems to be more prevalent among white people in the West than anywhere else. Why? Don't know. I am not qualified to answer that.

Strange. I just refuse to believe that someone who looks well and seems to act well will just spawn this random mutation. Either has to be the guy or the girls cells down there not working correctly. I would hardly be able to answer this question if I couldn't grasp it intellectually.

On the other hand, I have heard that some people with disabilities, in particular, know or understand God better than the brightest minds of this degenerate world. Some of them are happy in their own way.

But - and here’s the thing: In that scenario, I would be killed before I even had a chance to live life and gain the insights that would allow me to reflect on the question you’re asking in the first place.

Abtreibungen sind schon allein aus dem Grund ein Verbrechen, da dem Leben bereits vor dem eigentlichen Start auf dieser Welt jegliche Chance genommen wird. Unter anderem auch, über diese Fragen überhaupt erst nachzudenken.
Man muss auch bedenken, dass Menschen (und vor allem Ärzte) sich regelmäßig irren und womöglich doch ein gesundes Kind auf die Welt kommt!
Davon abgesehen kann ich meine Eltern nicht so sehr hassen, dass sie sich wegen Mord vor dem Allmächtigen verantworten sollen.
Ja, ich weiß, das ist eine Glaubensfrage, aber wenn das alles stimmt, wäre die ewige Verdammnis ziemlich brutal.

Stimmt, sogar Aerzte die ein Gewissen haben warnen davor und sagen, dass die Tests nicht genau genug sind um eine solche Entscheidung zu treffen.

Es gibt auch Faelle wo sich Eltern trotz der Ergebnisse entschieden haben die Kinder zu bekommen und die waren in diesen Faellen kerngesund.
