I started with empty bar. I been going to gym on and off for almost 4 years. Even at my peak physique of 63kg, my highest squat was 50 or 55 kg for 1, i don't remember exactly.

Curries have the worst genes and I am even worst among curries

i started with like 30kg, thats not much difference
and i was like 10kg heavier then you were

yh sorry but i know how important genetics are but after 4 years, i would look at other stuff tbh instead of genetics
 
I didnt do many squatting with weights, so i have no idea how much is a lot and how much is little

I have stick legs. I have to work on my legs otherwise they would look worse than they are right now.

I am 59 kg right now and still 6-7 kg underweight as per BMI. I stayed around 49-52 kg without gymmaxing. You can just imagine how pathetically skinny I looked.

Im opposite, fat and weak. But as im losing weight im becoming even more weak, but i dont care i want to be skinny.
