Theory Could you theoretically become a Chad through extreme SurgeryMaxxing?

Imagine it. Getting the surgeries done and Maxxing everything possible. Face, arms, legs, dick etc.
After all is said and done, do you think the end result would be Chad material?
If I had the money to do so, I could go from a forgettable 5'6 weakling with Pectus Excavatum, to a 2 meter tall shredded Chad with a jaw so sharp its legally a weapon.

No, some things surgery cannot change and you need harmony in all areas of your face (or maybe you can get away with 1/2 minor flaws) to be a chad.
