Im wondering how bad your social anxiety is. Like speaking to a female cashier, or starting small talk with a woman. How hard would this be?
I talk to them for school and work, but it's usually not pleasant. There are too many social dynamics between women and I that I unknowingly trample over, leading to more rough interactions compared to talking to dudes. I never grew up with a sister or female friends so I never picked up on these things.

Pretty much this. I used to try and be friendly with them until I found out (multiple times) theyโve called me a creep behind my back. Iโm just terse and neutral with them now
This what I can never understand, social dynamics and how to approach conversations based on each scenario. There was this website that helped a little but I'm not going to sit and memorise social skills structure just because females feel entitled to that.
I could never understand this either. From what I have seen is that for the conversation to actually work out females need to actively be willing to engage in conversation with you. For example if you start of by making a statement with an open ended question, and she responds with a simple 1 word answer, then there is pretty much nothing you can do without sounding like a droid.
Best thing I have found is to just base it off themselves, but even then that may not work out if she doesn't want to talk to you.

To be honest, it can help talking to women such as older women at my church, but if there is anyone around my age it is pretty pointless.

Not harder than to talk to a man. Maybe slightly due to the perceived increased risk of getting labelled as a creep, but I never had any big problems with that. My problem more is that I have zero clue what to talk about with people, but that's also not even restricted to women
I'm not that scared to do so, but I don't because nowadays there is a risk to get persecuted by white knights or their boyfriends. Another fact is that I have no idea how to start a conversation with a woman. Pick up lines and telling stories just don't come naturally from aspies, though it doesn't matter. Attractive men can just say hi, talk about weather or something else women complain about when used by normies or nearcels

I could talk to a cashier, but I couldn't initiate or continue small talk very well. Honestly, it's the same for either gender, though I would be a lot less familiar with talking to women and hence worse at it and it would likely cause more stress.

I've cold approached hundreds of women, so this wouldn't be a problem for me. But obviously no woman wants to make small talk with me, so I don't bother trying.

This. I don't see any reason to waste oxygen on them outside of some transactional interaction, preferably one in which I receive compensation for it. I don't see why any guy would go out of his way to hear their shrill voices, and boring droning.

Yeah, I'm capable of asking for help or directions from women, but if it's a drawn out conversation, then what could you even talk about?
