Yeah...most guys have naturally more musculature, thicker wrists etc than me and haven't worked out a day in their life. When you have 5 inch wrists like a little girl, there is only so much strength you can deploy.
In grappling guys would often just lock their hands around my tiny wrists, and I'd be totally unable to do anything about it - just completely overpowered. Meanwhile I'd try and do the same and not even be able to close my hand around their wrist.

But against the kind of gym Chad who just does curls for the gurls, can hardly run a mile without getting out of breath, and has zero martial arts training, I think I might stand a chance.
