Serious Could you ascend if you were taller?

This is a question mainly going for white/blackcels tbh, seeing how hard curries and rice have it. Let's say you become your desired height (I guess it must be tall lol), then could you have the slightiest chance to ascend?
In my case I don't think so but I could possibly ascend by going to the Philippines to JBWmaxx with some noodle.
