Reading posts on this site and elsewhere about incels' high school experiences, I think we can confidently say that our time in the school system—especially in high school—caused significant and nearly irreversible harm to our mental health and negatively impacted our personality development. For some, it was traumatic; at best, it was just lame and uneventful. This is a common experience for most of us.
The reasons why our high school years were so terrible are obvious: constant bullying and humiliation in front of others, being ostracized, friendlessness, zero attention from girls, etc. These issues stemmed from being at the bottom of the social hierarchy. Social hierarchies in school environments are based on two main factors:
Recently, I’ve been wondering if attending an all-boys school instead of a co-ed one would have a better choice for me. In an all-boys school there are no girls, which means that thing that causes the competition for pussy and female attention, which is responsible for our suffering in school are removed from the equation. I'm not claiming that it would be a 100x better than a co-ed school and it would definitely not solve inceldom. All-boys schools also have social hierarchies, bullying is kind of prevalent and most likely we would still be at the bottom.
If time spent in a single-sex environment is not as brutal as in a co-ed one, then attending an all-boys school might have been a better experience for us. I may be wrong and as I said, it wouldn't solve inceldom, we're simply talking about mitigating the terrible effects of high school times.

- (Perceived) popularity among male peers—(the number of friends you have, extroversion, physical attractiveness, wealth, etc.)
- Popularity among girls and sexual success—(desirability, high body count)
