Realistically in the modern day, absolutely not. Not only is Lois more attractive than Peter, but she is also thinner and in shape, doesn't act as mentally ill as Peter, and also comes from a very wealthy/rich old money family. This would make her very entitled and only ever seek out Chads.
However Peter and Lois met, dated, and married long before hypergamy got super out of control. Yes, it was after the sexual revolution, but it was at least much more realistic in that a guy like Peter actually might have been able to pull a woman like Lois back then in the 80s or 90s.
