I was taking a bath and suddenly got extremely lightheaded, this happens quite a bit because lately I’ve been too depressed to eat, so I shrugged it off until everything went pitch black. Next thing I know I’m flailing my body around in the water and gasping for air. I had even busted my lip, I may have to get stitches.

I have had suicidal episodes, but for the most part I am just passively suicidal. I don’t care whether I had lived or died.

Always keep a window open in the shower. When you inhale too much of the steam from the chemicals in your shower it makes you pass out.
