stats: 5ft10/178cm , 300lb 136k

could drinking alcohol make me lose weight? been drinking 4 shots of gin over christmas daily and notice i have 0 appetitie. i know liquour can be calorie dense but nowhere compareed to my fat self snacking like mad when im not drunk. could this actually work?

Just switch to eating mostly animal based, should help with craving too because cravings are mostly just your body asking for nutrients, almost everyone is malnourished thats why we keep craving food every hour

i did weight lifting for a bit but he problem is after work i uist didnt have the enrgy

ive never been a fan of beer, it taste either shit or meh. i prefer straight gin. its got a nice pine taste and if you get medium priced shit it goes down like water

maybe just check the contents of the bottle, see if its full of empty calories or not. Anyhow doubt it would aid in losing weight but life is easier if your constantly drunk.

Best way to lose weight speaking from experience is 1 meal a day and as much cardio daily as you can do. I got really borred and got burnout when i did 3 hrs a day, but I'd say it's best to do 30 mins a day. And also take vitamin and mineral pills.

Drinking alcohol for fat loss is kinda dumb because its literally poison, combined with the fact that youre gonna be starving yourself your health is gonna be fucked up after a while, im tryna switch myself but meats expensive ash ecpescially with the shitty wages where i live
