Why the fuck would you want to work at Costco? ? You might as well find a restaurant job. Save up money and apply to a trade school that's what i'm doing.

Are you totally sure about that because i've met some real retards who work construction. Unless you are too autistic to handle high levels of stress which is why I left the trades. And I'm stuck in a upper class restaurant trying to ponder my next move in my thirties like a failure.

If you wanna work there you need to know someone or have a family member who works there recommend you. My cousin said she would put a good word in for me if I wanted to work at one, but it's too far away. Shes a lil higher up there now, makes $35 an hour

Do you have a low IQ I may also have a low IQ and a learning disability. I may be a retard as people have called me throughout my life. Have you ever been tested and if it is below a certain point? Can you claim disability and try to ascend with NEETMAXING or At least give you a chance to collect a government issued check?

I've always been called retarded my whole life. In elementary school I was put in special side classes where they would help us socialize and stuff. They would pull me out of my regular classroom and put me in there for a few hours and then put me back in regular classroom. Teachers always told my parents I was behind, had a hard time learning, and didn't focus well.

The teachers also wanted to put me on jew pills. Thank God my parents never did. In middle school a psychiatrist evaluated me and she said I was normal but I struggled with some things. In my first years highschool I almost dropped out (had like a 1.7gpa). My junior and senior year I started getting my shit together and was on honor roll. My ACT and SAT scores were some points above average.

Now I'm working on my college degree but it won't guarantee a job and I'm struggling to get this degree.

You don't sound like somebody who has a low IQ But you might be mentally ill and you had a shitty educational experience. Baby boomers have told me this my entire life. And in all reality, it's like half-and-half true. To be honest, you can start blooming late in life. He had reproduced a kid and had to " man up " real fast for responsibilities and he's applying the same work ethic on you, unfortunately, you don't necessarily need that same work ethic. Unless you truly are a lazy fuck like myself. But honestly, you don't have to worry about feeding other people other than yourself. I have no education that is worth anything. I have a college degree in nothing and some experience and construction. And i'm working at a restaurant and it's the highest paying job i've ever had in my life.

I wanted to work there too or at a library but in my experience it’s a clear hard example of the “who you know” barrier.

Either you have a good connection to someone who has the power to give you hours (or at least someone in contact with that person) or you’ll never hear back.

In general the job market is completely in the gutter right now. I’ve done hundreds of applications, a lot for jobs I’m overqualified for even, and nobody is hiring and most of the listings are either fake or going to people based on politics/nepotism from what I gather.

Seriously what’s even the point of going to Uni and getting trained for something pragmatic if nobody will hire you? We seem to be at a point where there are simply too few decent jobs and far too many people needing one.

If women weren’t put into the worforce demand is still high since they still need to consume through their husbands pay but competition over jobs is lower. In general we need to clamp down on immigration too here. Basically housing costs are being pressed up and wages are being pressed down — and that’s if you can get a job at all. The only places that seem to be hiring or shitholes that you do not want to work at unless you’re starving in the street levels of bad off seems to me. I don’t know what to do bros, I did what they said and for what?
