In all seriousness this isn't like a Castille case. He was charging at him and resisted orders multiple times. There honestly needs to be something between a taser and a gunshot that can immobilize guys like this long enough to get them arrested.

yes. he deployed the taser and it didn't stop him. after he shot him HE should have backed up though and waited for more officers if the guy was still moving
