Currently 12:30 am and I can't fall asleep due to my hunger non stop the whole day even when I had a balanced diet today of whole chicken, vegetables, wheat bread and coffee in the morning, etc. one of my biggest plights in life is the fact that I'm fatcel but cutting to a low bf % merits food restriction and borderline anorexia and I can't go that route boyos. I want to look lean but every girl seems to like that lanky Auschwitz survivor physique that looks like it can break with a well placed punch. I bicycled delivering food today and covered a good around 30 - 40 miles but people laugh at me
due to being a fat mixed spic on a bike minding his own. How can I cut to a lean strong bf? I'd I already have a wide frame, for reference I'm 6'1 and 157lbs, (in HS I was a healthy 130lbs and I'd like to return to that)
