Everyone says it's probably other factors in play, but I know for a fact that stuff placed me and will place me in a hellhole state, which I can't live with, even being an incel. I stay inside most of the time and during my late teens my back and right ribcage and arms started aching and paining really badly. Also knew my right side of the body felt different and weaker than my left due to countless number of ejaculations. Basically me being a mentalcel i.e. autism, OCD and adopting that habit has ruined my life.

what I meant by travelling is that I visit other countries. I know it wasn't specific and I know driving can still be applied but I don't intend to drive to other countries, nor even overseas.
