Fried Chicken
It's surprisingly easy to make.
Ingredients I used:
Flour
Water/milk
Cayenne/black pepper
Salt
Paprika
Chicken wings & thighs
1. Pour a generous amount of flour into a bowl
2. Mix a good amount of pepper, salt, and paprika into the bowl
3. Wash your chicken (cooked chicken works too!)
4. Coat your chicken in the flour
5. Wash your chicken in water (do this very quickly, the purpose of the water is to get more flour to stick)
6. Coat your chicken in more flour
7. Deep fry
8. Place the cooked chicken on a plate and let it cool for a while (We're not done yet!)
9. Repeat steps 4 and 5
10. Fry again
11. Serve
Salmon & Avocado
Ingredients:
Salmon fillet
Avocado
Black pepper
1. Wash your salmon
2. Prepare your avocado (Remove the seeds)
3. Pour oil/butter into your cooking pan
4. Advocado goes in first, season with a light dash of pepper
5. Cook the salmon until it reaches a light golden brown
6. Serve
