Is this a thing you can really do? Whenever I see beautiful women and happy normies I get depressed, I wanna use that sadness to work out even harder and get bigger, but I usually end up too sad to even do anything.

Because this isn't like being rejected by "The Man" or failing a test on your first try, there's no way out for the vast majority of us.

First turn sadness into anger, and then immediately burn it while working out. But be careful, you need to burn all anger out of your system... you don't want to become a hateful resentful person

Yes but how do you turn that sadness into anger?

I tried to do this so many times...it never works.

Sadness can't be turned into energy. Anger can be though but not any form of energy. You can't transform anger into energy for a math exam, it has be a physical release like boxing or sport.

i guess if you made music and were attractive it could be..

Depends on why you are sad, the easy way would be to blame the source of your sadness to something you can get angry at. Some time ago I was sad the girl I liked started dating some chad, and I would get really worked up by fantasizing about beating up and torturing the guy, let me tell you, that shit really gets you going, just keep thinking about it while working out until you body gives out. Afterwards I'd feel so calm and proud about my own progress

What are your lifts lookin like now?

Easy bro. Life is hard for us. Have hopes, we'll all rope someday. :feelsrope:

I got pretty lean mid-may but I didn’t work out for a month, so I gained a bit of fat. I’d say I’m right now around 16ish% bf.

I took that one BF test the other day and it said I'm 28%, not sure if that's good or bad
