I have very little money so counter-suing me wouldnt matter. Im not the only one, I know of at least one other forum owner considering litigation and taking the steps one normally does before filing a complaint form and listing defamation/libel as a cause for filing (although he actually has money for a lawyer I think).
Turns out not using a lawyer in court is surprisingly easy. Easier than the coding I do in my free time, the procedures are easier to learn than a simple C++ make file. Was doing some reading this last month on how to take people to court, the rules of court, how to behave during a court session, the laws that are in reference to the matter etc. Some lawyers greatly overestimate their talent because of how stupid many other lawyers are.
