I've been playing video games since I was 4 or 5 and its the only thing I've been doing since then is this the reason why I dont have any experiences? Are there any detrimental effects that this can have? Would my life have been different? I dont know

Absolutely killed my social skills when I became ostracized, and video games truly became my last resort.
