cope. inceldom is worse than starvation especially for trucels who have not destroyed or reined in their ego. it's far more mentally taxing, and with starvation you eventually die within some months but with inceldom you will have endured the suffering for decades.

in my case, I don't care as much for inceldom at this point due to extreme mental work,and meditation. but before that I can unironically say that for me inceldom was far worse than almost anything else besides maybe certain illnesses.
