Objectively, or perhaps arguably, capitalism but it should be made fairer. For me, a deformed autistic loser, socialism would be best.
The system itself is abusive. When Surplus Value extraction is combined with market forces, the result is always a downward pressure on wages. Capitalism would implode upon itself without state intervention.
I don't think exploitation is something anyone should aspire towards. Ideally social mobility shouldn't even be a thing because social classes shouldn't be a thing.

If material conditions force a societal change then the "elite" would be reminded that they bleed like the rest and their ideological structure of class superiority is built on sand.
