Medications for hair loss, like minoxidil, or hair transplants might work for some but not everyone, especially in cases involving autoimmune conditions. Disorders like androgenic alopecia, alopecia areata, or other autoimmune diseases often make hair loss resistant to treatment.

Severe acne can persist even after Accutane, chemical peels, and years of skincare. Many people still struggle with breakouts and permanent scarring. The root cause often runs deeper than clogged pores. Cystic acne, hormonal imbalances, and genetic sebum overproduction can make even the most aggressive treatments insufficient. Scarring may last a lifetime.

Dental issues like crooked teeth or bite misalignment often stem from jaw growth disorders, congenital malocclusions, or facial trauma, not just bad habits. Cosmetic dentistry can help, but it is expensive and inaccessible to many.

Posture problems are not always caused by slouching. Conditions like scoliosis, kyphosis, leg length discrepancies, or joint hypermobility can affect posture long-term and may never fully resolve, even with physical therapy.

Most are unfixable to a certain extent

i have 3/4, not acne

Mental issues in modern times are affected by pollution and plastics. Estimated that most people have the equivalent of a plastic spoon worth of plastic in their brains. Therapy isn't going to offset problems from that.

Don't forget about muscle buildup. A lot of people can barely gain any even after multiple years of actively going to the gym.

Yeah, the therapy advice is annoying… like, mental illnesses and neurodivergence aren’t fixable since they’re ingrained in the brain.

Weight gain/loss can be added to this too. I mean, over 70 percent of Americans are either obese or overweight, so for most people I think it’s a lifestyle problem, but there are exceptions. Prader–Willi Syndrome is a genetic disorder characterized by uncontrollable hunger, leading to chronic overeating and obesity. Individuals with PWS have reduced muscle tone, short stature, and cognitive disabilities, but it’s rare…about 1 in 15,000 to 20,000 people, to be exact. But again, there are men who do unfortunately struggle with these genetic disorders. And Progeria causes a person to be underweight, but that’s about 1 in 18 million.

Yeh, I'm bald and I have acne scarring. There's very little to nothing I can do about those things. Technically yes I could get a hair transplant - but I would have started taking anti-DHT medication before if I was going to do it, and I came to the conclusion that I don't want the side effects.

I have deep atrophic scarring from having a decade of hormonal acne. Most people who are in my situation who actually went and got laser treatments saw little to no improvements - and they spent thousands of dollars. So I came to the conclusion after researching about the topic for years, that its not feasible to treat acne scars. Like really. Not the deep ones I have at least.

I'm a complete subhuman and will be one for the rest of my life. There's nothing I can do about it.

Yeah, corollary would be muscle gains. I've known skinny ass Peruvians who try to gymmaxx and just end up with sore joints. Never been a jacked Andean in all of history, but hey, gyms are full of delusional copers.

True. My acne was 100% hormonal and it went away completely at 26. No amount of washing and exfoliating helped. Healthier diet, changing bed sheets every day, nothing helped. it just went away by itself almost overnight. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but my beard also got much thicker right around then.

I still have very oily skin so it's not that and I only wash my face with water in the shower, I don't use any chemicals or products.

Eyes are by far the hardest.

Spacing, tilt, orbitals, UEE there are so many ways eye can fail a man.

Many psychiatric disorders also have a strong genetic link as well, as they have their roots in brain biology.

I've had acne scars for more than 10 years and even though I spent thousands on treatments they persist. I also have an overbite than won't get fixed with tongue thrust therapy because my tongue is too big for my mouth. So my body pushes my tongue forward in order to prevent me from choking during sleep. In other words in prevents sleep apnea.
