Liking teenage girls who are pubescent is not pedophilia.
Pedophilia is defined as attraction to prepubescent children who have not yet developed any sexual function or characteristics, not simply someone under 18 even if they already developed a significant degree of sexual maturity.
In other words, hebephilia != pediphilia. A 15 year old is much closer to an adult than a baby. A person at that age is already mature enough to understand sexual matters and many are sleeping around on their own at that age. Someone at that age does have the ability to consent. A 3 year old on the other hand doesn't understand anything and thus. can't consent.

I noticed something, though: how developed the bodies of teenage girls are also depends on their genetic and environmental conditions. Their bodies seem to differ a lot around the world.
North America as a case in point: for some obscure reason, North American teenage girls look way younger than girls their age from, let's say, Argentina (and I'm sure about this particular case because I actually visited Argentina a few times).
Other girls from some European countries also look way older than North American teenage girls, whom appear to have more infantilized characteristics. It's weird. Some of them could pass as legitimate prepubescent kids. So it highly depends on the country and its population's genetics sometimes.

also, think about this: Boys hit pubert around 12, and we are all thinking about sex by then. I remember in middle school, boys in my class talked about porn and masterbation so casually, it's actually creepy looking back now.
