I agree with @St3v3Cel, it's rather strange that you've come here for advice instead of Looksmax.org. Regardless, I think it's a good idea—but are you not ugly? How did you get into this forum if you aren't? If you are, then what's the point in even getting the LL surgery?

However, I would be sacrificing the 40k that I have already saved in retirement, around 20k in potential income from quitting my job early, and taking out a 25k loan (which I’ll be able to pay off comfortably).

Not worth it for 5’9->6’0.
