My dick is neither big nor tiny (at 6.3 inches), foreskin is good too for that, but *if* sex is written in the stars for me (which it isn't) I'd need to go see a doctor (steroid cream unlikely to work in my extreme case, so a small cut would probably be necessary). But like I said with my other stats and being a 28 year old KHHV, it won't happen, so thinking of treatment is useless.
