weirdly enough the more cultures push the whole "teehee you can do anything you want, you go gurl!" shit the less they do STEM jobs. Economists and countries are obsessed with female participation stats in the workforce so they can seem more advanced than other countries.
I think some of the results also have to do with the fact that men and women are wired differently so if foids think they can just do whatever they want they aren't going to do STEM jobs.
in STEM fields you find less bullshit to some extent when it comes to research, especially since its a male dominated field. Its not 100% non tainted but there is a decent amount of incel men in it so its not entirely bluepilled. When I was a physics major in uni I remember there being a lot of incel tier guys and no foids basically. There was 1 but she was a literal giga autist and was just wired weirdly for a foid, which is bound to happen once in a blue moon.

Pay was minimum wage at first, but increased by 66 cents since I started 3 years ago JFL so no not really good pay, but I plan on getting a hiugher paying security job eventually, which will likely mean a harder and less comfy job position
With security guard jobs, the prerequisites and vary ALOT based on what your doing, as a Securtity guard can just be someone like me who sits in a hut all day and a security guard can be someone who has a firearm, drives an armored vehicle, and transports money to banks.
