The Ukrop soldiers you see here are very experienced. Some special forces, not regular storm trooper type of soldiers.
What nobody shows is that Russians have them too.

There was this one video of a russian drone crew commanding a soldier whilst he was assaulting a trench and another instance where they were hyping up a soldier throwing a backpack with anti tank mines into a building. I would send them if I knew how to send videos.

i agree, but you do have to consider most of the russian army didnt sign up to fight voluntarely, they got drafted just like the ukranians also did.
