Bradley Cooper is utterly unaesthetic in the eye region even his jaw is rather unaesthetic with a bird face still his coloring makes him attractive.

Fair hair with type III skin and blue eyes is extremely dope

In the West yes. but your light coloring would be a halo in South-East Asia or Japan where girls die for fair guys.  Two guys with the same PSL rating did a tinder experiment one was a dark, med type while the other was East Euro with very fair skin and the dark guy had 3 matches on a single day while the another got 18 matches out of the 18 he went on a date with 3 and eventually made a relationship with one so there's still hope. btw it was in Singapore.

You're probably skin type 2. You can get a light tan, which is all that's needed.
