Shorter thread. I guess.
When a new patch comes out in a (video) game, players learn to adapt to the new meta or become irrelevant. Exceptional individuals can, for a time, keep playing the way they prefer but sooner or later they are outcompeted by people who are both good and have adapted to the new state of the game.
Modernity seems to me to revolve around battles of group interests. Women vs Men, Natives vs Immigrants, Whites vs Blacks, trans' rights vs women's rights, Dems vs Republicans and so on. Wokeness itself is an agglomeration of groups of general underperformers and "victims".
Data shows pretty clearly that more politically right-leaning people are more individualistic. I suspect people on here are even further above that already elevated baseline, at least most of you.
To get here you also need to be disagreeable enough to reject the popular explanations for inceldom and consider some quite offensive ideas about female sexuality. So the people here are very individualistic and disagreeable, would be my bet.
In addition, on sites like these there's probably also a collection of varying mental illnesses, even if you were to exclude neuroatypcials from the mentally ill.

I believe you can see this all in how much wrangling there is over meaningless differences in the local status hierachy of inceldom. Who is a real truecel? Who has it the worst, someone extremly short or extremly ugly or of the least desired ethnicity? Instead of being able to compromise and unite behind some shared, realisable goal incles just come together to vent, sometimes against women or bluepilled normies or against each other.
Which is fine and all. It just shouldn't stand in the way of actually organizing around common interests. Or torpedo any sense of unity, leading to splintering into smaller and smaller subfactions which are all to tiny to achieve anything on their own.

I can think of multiple smaller projects that could and should be done to help other incels. I'm in part making this post to put some pressure on myself to get working on those and put something tangible out there. In general though I'm wondering what has lead to this state of affairs, this general mood of petty internal conflict? Has everything attempted prior just not worked out? Have the people for whom it worked out all left, leaving only the most defeated ones behind to still be here? The only plans to do anything that seem to be still around are unrealistic enough as to be a safe fantasy to cope with that can't actually be put into action.

Usefull projects can include other things than spreading the message. Gonna give you a concrete example:
Collect all the positive matrial you can find surrounding men with small dicks having happy relationsships / landing women. from amateur porn to vlogs done by pairs to articles or studies, w/e you can find. Collect it all, put it online in one place once you have a respectable amount of stuff.
If someone sturggling with his small penis has a bad day and can no longer keep his hopes up, wants to just lay down and stop trying, he can go and consume one of the piece in the collection. If he keeps consuming something from there, his natural availability bias will push him towards being more optimistic and hopefull.
I have a bunch more but am going to the barber now, expanding the list when i get back.

K, here's another idea I had:

-Many incels are suffering from some physical abnormality / problem that causes them to be so scared of being humiliatingly rejected by a girl that they isolate as a preemptive precaution.
One example for this is a man from 'Cotswold' mistaken his Pearly Penile Papules for genital wards for 37 years until he saw a doctor and got them removed in 30 minutes. There are a multitude of common issues like that which seem unbearable and cause the individual intense fear and misery and which can often be fixed easily if you overcome your shame and ask a doctor.
A project I could see being of benefit to many incels would be a collection of all the most common physical issues, both less and more shameful, with information on what can be done about them, what experiences other members had with certain medications and so forth. Could include anything from gential abnormalities, acne scars, overly enthusiastic sweat glands, male-pattern hair loss and so on.
Especially anything relating to your dick not looking the way its supposed to should be put somewhere visible and easily accessible. Thinking about writing something about that myself, though I'm gonna look into how much medical expertise this would require before I decide on that. I have some connection to former doctors but not to anyone with experience in this specific area.
