This is a huge normie trend. I see more and more normies who collect sneakers, often spending huge amounts of money on some limited edition model. They never wear all of their shoes, some are too expensive, some are out of fashion, and there is no time to wear all pairs of shoes.
If you were to wear one pair a day, you would wear a single pair only 5 times a year if you have around 36 pairs of shoes, not an uncommon number for mid tier sneaker collectors.
I have like 5 sneakers, which I kept because they are cool and not too worn out. It's nice to have a few unique pieces, but imo you are part of the soy culture if you buy too many of them.
Especially if you are filthy rich, shouldn't you wear dress shoes? You could collect sneakers as a very rich person, but it would still be a waste of money in a sense, because if you are filthy rich, you are too high status for sports wear. But maybe I'm off. Times have changed. Some subhuman rapper wears a pair of sneakers, and rich fag boys copy him. I don't know.
What do you think? Soy or good cope?
