Cold approaching is really tricky for me unless I'm totally infatuated with someone

Like... 99% of the time my attitude to it is... seeing it as basically just one step away from a blind date. Does that make sense? Because how much can I judge about most people just from looking at them.

The only thing that overrides that is I guess sometimes I see someone who just makes me melt lol

Some people you just REALLY like the way they appear to you (it could be clothes or behaviour or anything) and that can trigger autopilot a bit!

For the most part though I think I do best when I just socialise in general and enjoy socialising, and naturally meet people that way.

I think many women are very spoiled and don't really know what it truly feels like to feel unwanted or rejected or alone because they get so much validation from the world.

So they feel they can be rude in this kind of bratty way and it's all fine.

That being said I didn't realise that they were that bad but I definitely am aware that it can potentially be brutal.

Sometimes it can be instant though I think. But it's rare.

I don't really try anymore but there's still a part of me that's holding onto hope that something will happen at my work or something that allows me to ascend so I guess if I had to pick one I'd pick chit-chat but really if I was being honest with myself I should probably just not consider it a possibility at all.
