I'll tell you how it works 90% of the time. First the woman approaches the man she likes to give him the green flag, and then she expects him to take every initiative from that point on. That way foid makes sure that she gets a NT high hinhib assertive Chad. Chad because they only approach men who are much better looking than them, and the rest because after this it's the man who needs to move forward the relationship. I've seen it happen too many times, that's how human courtship works in our age. It's the woman who initiates, basically telling the man "Ok, you are good looking enough to be my mate, let's see now if you also aren't too autistic/low inhib and we're set." If you've been in school and no foid has ever tried to strike a conversation with you in your life, then I doubt you'll have any chance by doing the approaching yourself.

You know what's funny? I've known a few couples where they met because the girl approached the guy.
Yet I can only think of one guy I've ever known who got a gf by cold approaching, and it was at a club nearly 20 years ago. And even then, he said he approached her because he saw her looking and smiling at him, so i'm not even sure if this even really counts as a cold approach since he got an IOI beforehand. And of course he was very good looking.
Kind of ironic that I've known more couples that met from the woman doing the approach when like 99.5 percent of cold approaches are done by men. It's not that women don't approach men (most guys think this because they've never been approached by a woman), but they do so very sparingly because they're highly selective of who they approach (you need to be at least a 7.5 at a bare minimum), and they have a very high success rate.
