Im focusing on python, because it's the easiest language imo, but man, I keep falling back because I stop practicing, ik it's totally self inflicted, but I lack the motivation, I like coding, but u know, sometimes when I have free time to study, I'm usually just totally unmotivated, destroyed mentally and physically, is there anything I could do to get myself back on track?

first the challenges were hard and plus failing those made me even more unmotivated that i took weeks off.
take deep breath
chill yourself
take small breaks(5-20 mins)
remind yourself that this is the part of the process and things are going to be hard.
