If chad becomes a programmer it's a career choice out of many. Chances are he is pretty good at programming. He also gets sex so can focus on his work.

If an incel is a programmer it's because it's the only job they can actually get paid to do since it doesn't involve interacting with other human beings. They probably became a programmer not because of being naturally smart but because they had nothing else to occupy their time. They are deluded into thinking that they are good at their job. Except their code is low IQ, full of bugs, and poor performance. Has to work weekends just to not get fired.

I'm software enginner, I've been programming professionally since 2005 and i must say that the OP is absolutely right, although I have found a few exceptions.

As oldcel, if i keep my job is beacuse I have killed myself working. I am, by general, unproductive.

Now is worse due my inceldom and depression.

Maybe the real reason tech companies won't hire older programmers. They are too depressed from the inceldom by that point to be useful. Sex having old programmers are still valuable.
