Serious Codecells .... has any of you had problems solving simple algorithms?

Cause im thinking im dumb af for not solving the most simple algorithms out there .... im learning from freecodecamp currently so for any of you interesed you can see here:

Those are the algorithms that i cant solve ... so after i look at the solution i understand it but i cant implement it no matter what .. currently im in a loop where if i cant do something i just start over from the languaje and see the basics again but i think its a waste of time and i make no progress whatsoever

Just gotta solve more problems and try your best. Programming is easy, knowing what to do is the hard part. Fortunately I came up with a good math background so my problem-solving skills are tip top. The more problems you solve, the more you realize alot of them are the same thing and you quickly notice the patterns.
