It’s pretty simple. They have done studies on nagging and it leading to an early ending.

Then of course there are things like suicide. Significantly higher percentage of men commit take their own lives vs women. And suicide throws off the life expectancy gap. How about how young men are far more likely to be killed due to violence than women (think drive by shootings and such). That shortens male life expectancy. Wars tend to be fought by men and while women might lose their lives in war the number is going to far less than men. Again...more things to shorten the life expectancy that isn't about biology.

Men take more risk, work more difficult jobs that result in more wear on their body’s.

Maybe it's the only exit ramp towards some peace & quiet.

The answer is simple: Women live life on easy mode. Men do all of the heavy lifting. Men have the burden of performance. Men are held accountable and to a much higher standard than women.

Probably because of all the deferences we give women. The best food, the best car in the family. Women typically don’t do the hard physical labor at the home nor the workplace. Men typically do all the yard work, etc… we typically work outside in bad weather more than women. It’s really a no brainer. We didn’t need a scientific study that costs 5 billion dollars to come to this hypothesis

Second, this being the case, there is little to no accountability for their actions. Whereas men get hammered and micromanaged and “nagged” for their actions, women just withdraw and pout until their male counterparts backdown and assume responsibility for something they didn’t do in the first place. Third, when really confronted, women will glare at you with the “I don’t need you, I can find another temporary male to service my needs, and often do. Men, just give up and welcome the prospect of an earlier death.
