Not sure, just something in my 4chan folder saved back in June 2014.
Funny how that stuff just came out of nowhere, took over the mainstream news to the point that there were "good clown" rallies to combat the "bad clowns", and then it all just died out like nothing, leaving just a Wikipedia page and a couple of supposedly real Youtube horror story videos which are being created to this day, all of which dutifully note that they take place during this time
