Only like 19-20 inch bideltoid I think and this is with YEARS of gymcelling.
I have also done roids on and off. Not on much now though.

14 inch biacromial, 2 inches below the standard for a guy my age.
I think this topic is clavicles and WCR. The size of a man's rib cage is equally as important in his aesthetics, because xiphoid process connects to abs and obliques.
Height, biacromial and WCR, and bf% can describe how attractive a male torso is. I'd pose 6'2, 18 inches, 0.8 WCR and lower being better for bf% as being ideal proportions of skeleton.
