Thats a gym myth

Your lats dont make your shoulders particulary broader, they push your arms a bit more far away from your ribcage if you flex them, but that's it


the Deltoid muscle is on of the specific muscles you are using every day very often, it's a muscle which wont hypertrophy much


cannonball sized round delts are NOT naturally attainable, you can have some nice defined delts natty, but they wont be big roundish and horizontally projecting


The side Deltoid is a very small muscle with very little growth potential


even if you take roids, you Need to gain at least 40kg muscle to widen your bideltoid significantly, and even then People will spot your small Frame, because they distance between your head and your delts wont increase


Frame is PURELY About the Point where your shoulderjoint/arm Begins to hang

If your shoulderjoint is compressed on your ribcage then no Training will make your shoulders Broad, you will Always have a androgynous Looking stature


If you have a narrow Frame then dont even bother Training your muscles, you will be extremely disappointed and depressed when you still look narrow despite the fact that you finally gained your Goal amount of muscle


Theres not way Looking masculine as a small framed guy with big muscles, women will automatically see you as a Coping framecel

This is not true, the widest part of your shoulders and back are muscles that you can add size to. Look at all fat people and heavy lifters do you think they have some weird hulk looking skeleton? No their widest parts are all fat and muscle. I'm aware that bones are the biggest part of your frame and you will never reach top tier aesthetics no matter how much work out with a shitty frame but you can always improve it.

Yeah, maybe 1-2cm at best and not in the correct area that determines frame size.
Frame width is all about that pointy area on your shoulder where the bone is, right where the side delt ends and your shoulder begins. You can't grow that area because there's mostly bone there. Your delts might grow a bit, but your shoulder width will always stay the same.
 
although i ve noticed that lifting is not cope for people with ok copes.
gymcelled bodies with smaller frames than mine look more impressive than my skinny body with above wide clavicles by a long shot.
