You can't restore your true foreskin with the frenulum, ridged band, etc...but you can stretch your foreskin remnant. Grab the penis skin at the scarline and pull it towards the tip of your penis. Do it multiple times a day for a year or more and you can regrow a pseudo-foreskin.

It does not look like a clean cut. Some areas have thicker skin, some very thin skin.
