Cope Chronic federal surveillance cause they think I am dangerous

I am suffering from surveillance by weird federals. Problem is in my country they do not know what human rights are regarding to privacy. It's been more than 4 years surveillance now.
They consider me dangerous for made up reasons. Problem is they framed me too much to monitor my life legally 24/7. Thing is it was quite abusive. I was in the toilet and I was watched. I was sleeping and I was watched. They watched my fucking every move. The surveillance was felt intensely in the house even when I was alone. I used my magnetometer and found a huge disturbance on the corner of a metal table in my house which means that they got in and planted that when I was out. They use a special criminological method to mentally exhaust me and disable me. They come and do safety checks all the time when I drink coffee alone or am out and because of them I have more social anxiety than before.

What should I do? Cause this is a very disturbing way of life
