Heres my tip, Have a spreadsheet plan/routine for a week and switch it with 3-4 different routine's alternating between one and the other to keep it feeling less repetitive and boring.
for example first week i will dedicate that whole week to playing game's, then next week dedicate to porn, then next week basketball and so on with other cope's. The only controlled hobby you keep in all week's is gym which is 3x a week or 6x a week if your hardcore gymceller as this way you are coping with having a leanmaxxed jacked physique.
