Telepathy or telekinesis ie. Professor X or Jean Grey.
Either allows you to become infinitely famous/wealthy beyond your wildest imagination.
Telekinesis would necessitate running Las Vegas game. Ie. Become the greatest magician of all time. People would pay $400 a ticket just to see you lift shit with your mind. You could fill stadiums.
Or if you wanted you could run religious cult game pretending you are a new messiah. Personally, I'd go the Vegas route as it can make you $100 mil + easily with no effort.
Telepathy would give you the option of making money quietly or famously. You could easily win every game of blackjack or poker you sit down at. No one could ever compete with you, and you wouldn't have to reveal your special power to become wealthy this way.
Plus telepathy would let you read people around you instantly, which might be both good and bad. Probably you wouldn't enjoy hearing a lot of peoples' thoughts, but probably you'd get used to it over time.
After running that analysis through, I would go with Professor X powers first and foremost. He is probably one of the absolute most powerful superheroes as long as people aren't wearing metal helmets. If he can work through metal helmets, he is absolutely the most powerful.
